Welcome to ARETÉ. By accessing this website, purchasing services, enrolling in coaching programs, or using any content provided by ARETÉ, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
SERVICES
ARETÉ provides fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, training programs, performance coaching, wellness consultations, educational content, and related services.
All information, recommendations, and materials provided by ARETÉ are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
NO MEDICAL ADVICE
ARETÉ is not a medical provider.
Information provided through coaching services, training programs, nutrition guidance, consultations, website content, emails, social media, or educational materials is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.
You should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, nutrition plan, or lifestyle modification.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in physical activity, fitness training, exercise programs, athletic performance training, nutritional changes, and related activities involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Muscle strains and sprains
• Physical injury
• Illness
• Disability
• Serious injury
• Death
By participating in ARETÉ services, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Individual results vary.
ARETÉ does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
• Weight loss
• Muscle gain
• Improved athletic performance
• Increased strength
• Improved health markers
• Physical transformation
Results depend on numerous factors including consistency, effort, adherence, lifestyle, genetics, health status, and individual circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
ARETÉ reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or terminate services for unpaid balances or failed payments.
All purchases are subject to the pricing, packages, and service terms listed at the time of purchase.
APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled appointments, consultations, and coaching sessions.
Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of ARETÉ.
Missed appointments and no-shows may result in the loss of the scheduled session without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programs, coaching materials, training plans, nutrition plans, documents, videos, graphics, logos, website content, branding, educational resources, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of ARETÉ.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, published, or shared without prior written permission from ARETÉ.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARETÉ, its owners, coaches, affiliates, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, claim, expense, or liability arising from:
• Participation in coaching services
• Use of training programs
• Use of nutrition recommendations
• Website usage
• Reliance upon information provided by ARETÉ
Participation in all services is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
TERMINATION
ARETÉ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time for:
• Non-payment
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Inappropriate conduct
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Conduct deemed harmful to ARETÉ, its clients, or its community
MODIFICATIONS
ARETÉ reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.

OFFICIAL ARETÉ REFUND POLICY

At ARETÉ, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, personalized fitness services, and professional guidance designed to help individuals pursue excellence through health, fitness, and performance.
CUSTOM TRAINING & NUTRITION PLANS
Due to the personalized nature of custom training programs, nutrition plans, coaching recommendations, and individualized materials, all sales are final once work has begun.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed custom programs, plans, assessments, or coaching services.
COACHING SESSIONS
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled when at least twenty-four (24) hours notice is provided.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
ARETÉ reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled based on availability and circumstances.
COACHING PACKAGES
Unused sessions included within coaching packages may be rescheduled according to coach availability.
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Coaching packages may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash value.
MONTHLY COACHING MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly coaching memberships automatically renew until canceled by the client.
To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next scheduled billing date.
No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be provided for unused portions of an active billing cycle.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, downloadable materials, training guides, nutrition resources, templates, educational content, and online resources are non-refundable.
Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, refunds will not be issued.
APPAREL & MERCHANDISE
ARETÉ apparel and merchandise may be eligible for exchange or replacement only in the event of a manufacturing defect, printing error, or fulfillment mistake.
Customers must contact ARETÉ within fourteen (14) days of delivery regarding any product issue.
Customized, limited-edition, or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
EXCEPTIONS
Refund requests resulting from duplicate payments, billing errors, or processing mistakes will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Any approved refund shall be issued at the sole discretion of ARETÉ.
